71 years ago, people of India adopted the constitution. We all should know and realise the core values that our constitution states which are:
Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.
Nothing takes place without meaning or reason. The constitution was adapted by the great leaders and thinkers like Mahatma Gandhi, Lala Lajpat Rai, Bal Gangadhar ‘Tilak’, and Subhas Chandra Bose. They always dream of a glorious future of their motherland.
Let’s thank each and every person who fought for our country and those who are still fighting to make things right.
A salute to all the farmers out there, providing us the food grains and the dairy products which provide us the energy.
We all faced difficulties due to COVID-19 pandemic, all thanks to the fully committed doctors, nurses and the staff who kept their lives aside to take care of us.
A big salute to all the brave soldiers fighting for our safety despite the pandemic. From the scorching hot temperature to the freezing cold temperature.
Beautiful lines written by the great poet Maithili Sharan Gupt stating the Indian Ideals in which humanity is what we live and die for. And the magnificent words are:
उसी उदार की सदा, सजीव कीर्ति कूजती;
तथा उसी उदार को, समस्त सृष्टि पूजती।
अखण्ड आत्मभाव जो, असीम विश्व में भरे¸
वही मनुष्य है कि जो, मनुष्य के लिये मरे।
English translation :
It is the benevolent whose glory lives on the songs eternally,
It is the generous whom the world praise forever,
Whose spirit of oneness fills the boundless universe,
A true human being is the one who dies for fellow beings.
